On all purchases made by private customers on www.caffeeshop.ch is guaranteed the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order by sending a notice and in the next 30 days must return the goods.
Send an email to info.caffettiamo@gmail.com stating that you wish to return the products you purchased, giving your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier.
You can send the goods back any way you like, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage. Upon receipt of the goods, we will make a refund within 14 days if the goods are intact, there are no damaged labels or other damages.
